ERDOGAN ARIPINAR (Turkey) Vice President |

Born in 1932, son of a military officer, Arýpýnar studied at Istanbul University, Department of History. He started to work as a journalist in 1948.He undertook the position of Secretary General of the Turkish Sports Journalists Association and became an AIPS delegate. Currently, he is the owner of the sole daily sports agency in Turkey. Arýpýnar has a published book and has received 20 Press Honor Awards and the Olympic Order Medal from the IOC. He got award ‘’sports and Fair Play’’ 2005 IOC. He is currently the Vice President of the National Olympic Committee of Turkey and the President of the Fair Play Council. He is married and has two daughters. |

MANFRED LÄMMER (Germany) Vice President |

Born on 13th Feb.1943. Ph.D. degree in Classical Philology and History from the University of Cologne. Appointed to a full professorship in 1975, his main area of research is Greek athletichs and their influence on the history and ideology of the modern Olympic movement. Lämmer was President of the International Association for the History of Physical Education and Sports (HISPA) from 1977 to 1981, and later Vice President of the International Society for the History of Physical Education and Sports (ISHPES). He is the founder and editor of ‘Stadion’, the International Journal of Sports History. He was Vice President of the German Olympic Society from 1985 to 1989 and acting Chairman of the Fair Play Initiative of German Sport. Lämmer is also a member of the Executive Board of the German Olympic Institute in Berlin. He served as EFPM General Secretary from 1994 to 1998.

GEORGES DIDERICH (Luxembourg) Treasurer |

Georges Diderich, born in Luxembourg, is married and father of two children. He is Dr. Chem. Ing. from EPFL (Lausanne), was chief of Chemical and Environmental Department at the Luxembourg Steel Industry and is now retired. He is member of the board of the NOC Luxembourg since 1989 and acted as Chef de Mission at the Olympic Games of Lillehammer and Torino and as Chef de Mission at several Games of Small States of Europe (GSSE). He is now President of the Technical Commission of the GSSE. He is also the initiator of the Fair Play Campaigns of the NOC Luxembourg. In 2001 he got the diploma of MEMOS (European Masters in Sports Organisation Management). In his sportive career was a football player and actually practices cycling, ski and walking as leisure.

MIROSLAV CERAR (Slovenia) Member |

Born in 1939, Cerar won 30 gold medals at the Olympic, World and European championships between 1958 and 1970. He excelled in horizantal bars, parallel bars, rings, floor and vault. He became the Olympic champion on the pommel horse in 1964 and 1968. In 1963 and 1967, he won 12 medals at the Mediterranean Games. In 1991, Cerar was awarded the Olympic Order and Honorary Membership of the Olympic Committee of Slovenia. He became the President of the Initiative Board for founding the Olympic Committee of Slovenia, in which he became the President. Currently, Cerar is the President of the Slovenian Olympic Academy, the Fair Play Commission of the OSC and a member of the Executive Committee of the EFPM. |

KATARINA RACZOVA – LOKSOVA (Slovakia) Member |

Katarina Raczova was born in 1950. She holds a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutics from the Comenius University, Bratislava. From 1968 to 1983 she fenced for the Czechoslovak national team and was national champion 13 times running. She participated in the Olympics three times and won several medals in European and world championships. In 1993 she was awarded a CIFP Diploma of Honour for achievements during a career in the spirit of Fair Play. She is currently President of the Club Fair Play SOC and Ambassador Of the Slovak Republic for Sports,Tolerance and Fair Play. |

CHRISTIAN HINTERBERGER (Austria) Member |

Christian Hinterberger was born in December, 3, 1951. After the high school, he studied sociology and social-politics in Linz University and was successfully graduated as magister rerum socium oeconomicumque (Mag.rer.soc.oec). He started his professional life by working in psycho-social illness. After, he started to work for the Chamber of Labour, a partner of Austrian Trade Union. Christian, who was talented in football, played for 20 years in local leagues. He than became a football trainer after having some courses. He still continues to train as a hobby and is interested in jogging. In 2001, he participated the Berlin Marathon and accomplished it. He is a sport manager, member of the Executive Committee of ASKÖ since 12 years and chairman of the Sports Committee . He is also member of the Austrian Federal Sport Organisation. Christian Hinterberger, representing Austria in EFPM since the beginning, is married and has three boys. |
