23rd EFPM Congress opened in Haifa, Israel

The 23rd EFPM congress opened in Haifa, the most beautiful city of Israel. 
Opening speeches given by Major of Haifa City Mr Yona Yahav, Mr Yossi Sharabi, The director General of the Ministry of CUlture and Sport, Mr Eytan BArak, Representative of the Olympic Committee of Israel and Christian Hinterberger, the president of EFPM.
