INVITATION TO THE 30th EFPM GENERAL ASSEMBLY & ELECTIONS
Dear EFPM Members and Colleagues
The European Fair Play Movement is happy to announce that the 30th EFPM Electoral General Assembly will take place on the 19th of May 2025, at the premises of the International Olympic Academy in Ancient Olympia, Greece.
The PRELIMINARY Agenda includes the request for approval of the following items:
- The Minutes of the 2024 General Assembly
- The Reports of the President, the Gen. Secretary and the Treasurer
- The Auditors Report
- The Budget for the coming period
- Announcements from the Executive Committee (plans, initiatives, affiliations etc.)
- Miscellaneous
- Election of new Board of Auditors
- Election of new Executive Committee
The Electoral General Assembly will be held in accordance with the provisions of the EFPM Statutes (Articles 14.2, 14.3 and 22). As regards the Elections for the post of the President and the post of an Executive Committee Officer:
- The candidates must be nominated by the Corporate Member Organisation to which the candidate is associated.
- Members of the Executive Committee may re-stand for election on their own free will.
- All applications for candidature shall be submitted to the EFPM Gen. Secretary not later than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the Gen. Assembly, i.e. the 18th of April 2025
