EFPM members are invited to extratordinary online GA

The announced topic of planned General Assembly is to confirm amended statutes of EFPM in order to register the organization in Belguim. The statutes shall be amended according to Belgian law however the main points regulating the EFPM and its activities will remain unchanged. 

Following our recent Invitation to the EFPM Extraordinary on-line General Assembly, we hereby inform you of the following:

1. The right to vote in this Extraordinary General Assembly has only the Corporate Members that have fulfilled their financial obligations for the year 2021, the Associated Members and the Honorary Members.

2. The Assembly will take place on-line on December 16th, 2021, at 13:00 CET.

3. All the Members that are going to participate in this General Assembly have to register in advance up to Tuesday 14th. The link to do so is:

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting of the 16th of December.
