Awards Ceremony for the Coaches and Trainers organized by Hellenic Federation of Sports Coaches and Trainers

On March 28th, 2023, the Hellenic Federation of Sports Coaches and Trainers (POPA) organised the first Awards Ceremony for the Coaches and Trainers that made their mark of excellence in their fields of activities during 2022. The EFPM was invited to participate in this event and the Gen. Secretary Mr. Psilopoulos represented the Movement. The Event was attended by representatives of the Greek Government and the Greek Parliament, representatives of the wider Athens Municipalities, Sports Federations and a lot of guests. Mr. Psilopoulos was invited to award a prize to the most successful water polo coach Mr. Theodor Vlachos, coach of the Greek National Team (bronze medal in the 2022 World Championship) and he took the opportunity to familiarise the audience with the activities and the aims and goals of the EFPM. In the background of the event, the POPA Executive Board expressed their intention to apply for affiliation to the EFPM as a Supporting Member.
